Note the bosses on the illustration at right (back). They're cast right along with the letter, not attached afterward. This provides the most secure method of mounting.

All Cast letters are available in Aluminum or Bronze material in sizes up to 18" - some up to 24". Custom letters and logos are available at additional cost. Please contact us for assistance specifying custom castings.

Diskey does not recommend the mounting of metal letters to drywall (gypsum board) interior surfaces, as the combined weight of the letters is a significant factor in installation. If you have an interior installation, we recommend our Molded or Cut Plastic letters with a Metal laminant or a metallic paint color.

Finishes for Aluminum letters include an unlimited number of catalyzed Acrylic / Polyurethane finishes, and for an additional charge, Natural Satin, Baked Enamel, Clear Anodized, and Satin Anodic.

Bronze finishes include Natural Satin, Polished, and a variety of Oxidized finishes, as well as the aforementioned catalyzed Acrylic / Polyurethane colors. All painted finishes receive a matte clear-coat to reduce glare.
