Also reasonably new to our interior line are these handsome MetalFrame™ signs. They boast a list of features not many signs can claim. Surface applied, subsurface, changeable inserts, and tactile copy are all options, but with this series, even the tactile copy is changeable, particularly useful in remodeled buildings and additions to sections of existing facilities.

The distinguished solidity of metal added to your building's interior is available in many colors. Standard anodized colors include Polished Yellow Gold, Satin Yellow Gold, Polished Rose Gold, Satin Rose Gold, Polished Silver, Satin Silver, Architectural Bronze, and Matte Black. Standard powder-coated finishes include Black, Dark Grey, Medium Grey, Light Grey, White, Almond and Brown. Any color our catalyzed Acrylic / Polyurethane finishes can duplicate are also available. Even the corners come in several formats, Square, 3/8", 1/2", 9/16", and 13/16" inside radius.

The construction of these signs is simple, but effective. A compressed-fiber backing plate is press-fit into an Aluminum frame. The metal bar separating the two segments is set into the backer, flush with the rest of the frame. The components are then precision-constructed to their respective criteria, depending on the style specified.

After the components are made, they are attached to the backing plate by a variety of methods. For permanent attachment, we use double-sided foam tape, or a combination with silicone adhesive. For removable components, we have a separate batch of methods including Velcro® and two-part magnetic mounting.

With that done, we mount the sign to the wall with still another set of methods. We even feature vandal-resistant mounting methods that utilize concealed wall anchors, perfect for schools and medical centers where children are commonly present.
